Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOB & Ko. We carefully prepare and package every order before sending it on its way.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

During launches, promotional events, sales and other particularly busy periods, please allow up to seven working days for your order to be processed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Please note that delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed.

UK Delivery

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Standard UK delivery: £3.95

• Free UK delivery: Available on orders over £60

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 working days

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including Royal Mail delays, adverse weather and busy seasonal periods.

Ireland Delivery

Orders to Ireland are sent using Royal Mail International.

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–7 working days

Tracking availability may vary depending on the service used.

European Delivery

European orders are sent using Royal Mail International.

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–14 working days

Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and service used.

United States and Canada

Orders to the United States and Canada are sent using Royal Mail International.

• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 10–20 working days

Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and service used.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to MOB & Ko. We cannot predict the amount that may be charged, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside the control of MOB & Ko.

Pre-Order Products

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the available products will be dispatched first at no additional delivery cost. Your pre-order products will be sent separately once they become available.

Any estimated dispatch date for a pre-order product will be shown on the relevant product page.

Local Collection

Local collection from our Hoddesdon base is available by appointment.

To arrange a collection, please email info@mobandko.com with your order number. Please wait until your collection has been confirmed before travelling to collect your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order.

If you notice an error, please email info@mobandko.com immediately. We will amend the address wherever possible, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

If a parcel is returned to MOB & Ko because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

Unclaimed and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, the customer may choose to:

• Pay the applicable delivery cost for the parcel to be sent again, or

• Receive a refund for the returned products, minus the original delivery cost where permitted by law.

We will contact you once the parcel has been safely returned to us.

Delayed or Missing UK Orders

If your UK order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, please:

1. Check the tracking information provided.

2. Check with other members of your household, neighbours and any nominated safe place.

3. Contact us at info@mobandko.com with your order number.

We will then investigate the delivery with Royal Mail.

Delayed or Missing International Orders

International delivery can occasionally be affected by customs processing and local postal delays.

Please contact info@mobandko.com if your parcel has not arrived within 14 working days after the relevant estimated delivery window has passed.

Include your full name, order number and delivery address so we can investigate the shipment.

Damaged, Faulty or Incomplete Orders

Every order is checked before dispatch, but if your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or with an item missing, please contact info@mobandko.com within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Clear photographs of the external and internal packaging

Please keep the products and all original packaging while we investigate. Reporting the issue within 48 hours helps us resolve it quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.
